I like the weather channel one ^_^ I was thinking "Forecast Stormseer," my ship roll as the astronomist/meteorologist up on the mast.


The coaching change is unfortunate... Renney was a great coach, but his system started to fail.

Adam Graves is arguably one of the best players I have ever witnessed grace the game of hockey. He put his heart and soul into everything, be it scoring/hitting/fighting/forechecking, name it. It would be an honor to be regarded as Adam Graves, but you will be fine-tuning your polearm on your own hide ;)


How bout them Pens? 2 of ::cough:: bullshit ::cough:: best players in the league can't even get the team into the playoffs. It was fucking HILARIOUS to see Crosgay throw that hissy fit at Ovechkin who gave him one shove and then waved goodbye as Sid the Kid cried to his bench.

I thought you guys also lost a coach this year, but since I wasn't sure I didn't want to say anything and be wrong.

I think the statistic is that 6 coaches have been "relieved" this year. Pretty crazy number.

Gomez wouldn't hurt a fly, he's just a sarcastic and funny bastard; that's why I love him. Even when he fights you can see him smiling and laughing... he is no where NEAR the type of player to hit with intent to injure. He lost his balance.

Picked up Stephen Weiss just now because I didnt think to send Sharp to the IR. He's out at least 2 1/2 more weeks, and I'm only 9-8 in asts and +/-. Figure he'll be a good option to help out some.

Dumped Manny Fernandez because I didnt pay attention and see that he has only a couple starts in the last month and a half. Didn't know that Giguere was even a FA because he's 15-15. I hope he gets on a hot streak. The Ducks are 1 pt out of 8th or something so hopefully something good can happen

next season we need to start a pirate hockey retainer league. I joined some random one this season and then just plain forgot about it.

Pirate retainer league would be fun since we have quite a few hockey nuts.

a keeper league? We have a football league (gosh I forgot who won that), but it's not a keeper. Keeper wasn't popular. I'd be down for a regular one.
