Just curious, do we have any pirates playing this game? I just picked it up with the trial and it seems alright.

I downloaded it a few months ago. Had it for a weekend before getting bored.

I played it for about a week. It seems like it could turn into a good game, but it's pretty buggy and laggy right now. I heard they were going to try and add more PvP content, which would also help make it a lot better.

I eventually got bored playing it too. I'll probably check it out in a few months to see if they've optimized it and added more content.

It reminded me a lot of the Fallout games. I even went in to an underground facility full of what looked like super mutants! The "Bugs" people are talking about are not huge. In fact after Mourne quit they optimized the game a bit and some of the issues were fixed. The one real bug that annoyed me was that The mobs (and some players) were out of sync between you and the server. They might warp a bit when running at you ect. I played a 100% melee toon and this kinda hurt me when all of a sudden they are behind me. I only got to level 20. Right about the time PvP starts so i can't comment on how it well they did with it, though there was a lot of potential for it to be great.

lol don't give me that shit. I wasn't the only one playing it that quit. Sorry, I'm just tired of catching blame because people spend money on a game then want to blame others when they stop playing it. Only get a game if YOU want to play it imo. :p

I tried it again when they did their "resub for 5 dollar" special. It's definitely gotten better. I didn't notice any lag, even in a big town with lots of people running around. They also added in Bloodsports which is like WoW BGs. They're definitely heading in a more PvP focused direction. I also heard they put in controllable villages in the PvP zones.

I liked it so far, but will probably not continue to play as I don't really like soloing in any MMO and no one else I know plays this.

Gamestop has it and expansion for 10 bucks right now.

Fallen Earth and its expansion Bloodsports are the same thing. Bloodsports is just a re-release with a new box to get the game on shelves again. If you already own the original game then bloodsports is unneccessary.

The game can be fun if your in the right mood. But its overall pretty slow, if your into action then Fallen Earth may not be for you.

I liked it overall, but I mostely just play when they have free reactivations on occasion. For me it was all about atmosphere and kicking back and taking it easy, travelling the wasteland, grabbing all the junk I can find, killing whatever got in my way and crafting all that junk into useful stuff along the way. Sell what I don't need or can't use when I got back to a town with a auction house.
