hey I finally figured out why I kept having allergic reactions a couple months ago. It was because the mercury from the tuna I was eating was reacting with the niacin(large dosage) from a multivitamin I had. Lawl, my tuna ally turned against me!

I got rid of the vitamin...not the love of my life.
