Gnioss, some rich republican from texas made a "news organization" talonnews.com, picked some random schmuck who had no journalism background to be his "reporter", the guy was denied media access on capitol hill and everywhere else in washington, but was vetted by the white house (secret service) to go into the white house every day for the wh press briefing. he'd ask softball questions to the president and wh press secretary. turns out the guy's also advertises himself as working for a male escort service on some gay website. he was a plant, another "dirty trick" right up there with paying journalists, err... political hacks to push your political agenda. bush wh wasnt the first to use plants, it started WAYY back with JFK in the 60s, he just got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and the planted turd he used was some random loser.

1. There was a security breach at the white house which was "okayed" by a white house insider.

2. The WH operated the press room under the auspices that white house press briefings were legitimate sources of access to the WH.

3. This WH insider, who was gay, received many breaking stories from the white house, from someone who was very high up on the chain, who was probably "Jeff's" butt buddy. Interesting coming from a homophobic administration.

4. Oh yah, and that whole thing about freedom of speech and an open and freely accessible government being exploited by political hacks.

It's blatant propaganda. It's one line of proof how the US media is lazy, scared, and in some cases bought and paid for.

There's the whole ethical issue of planting reporters and manufactured media. Then there's the whole security issue, where a male prostitute / criminal is literally feet away from the President and other important political figures. Then there's the potential blackmail from Gannon...omg what a risk.

Personally I thought Gannon and Scott Mcullen (sp) the WH pres secretary were lovers but Ari Fleisher (old WH PS) called on Gannon too, before Talon news was even out. I'm sure Gannon was involved with someone in the WH staff but I don't know who. Still it brings up the whole hipocrasy issue of the anti-gay conservative crowd.

Liberals keep rolling out a scrolling series of attacks on Gannon for their Two Minutes Hate, but all their other charges against him fall apart after three seconds of scrutiny. Gannon's only offense is that he may be gay.

Liberals' hateful, frothing-at-the-mouth campaign against Gannon consists solely of their claim that he is gay.

Now I know why they used a gay plant. The neocons plan on making the liberals out to be gay haters. Rove would never allow such a scheme without having a plan B ready. Plan A is that Gannon lobs softballs and continues to be a media plant. Plan B is if Gannon is found out make the accusers gay haters.
