If you don't want to go water cooling then you can get something like this:

Zalman's stuff is supposed to be pretty good but you might want to read a few reviews at Tom's Hardware or something. I haven't checked into this stuff in a long time.

first of all, why do you want aftermarket cooling? Secondly, watercooling pls.

YEAH IT'LL SURE BE WORTH IT TO PAY 500 BUX AND DISSIPATE THE ENERGY OF A SMALL SPACE HEATER TO GET 2 EXTRA FPS.

Negative, the current on board cooler doesnt seem to work well enough. Ive never overclocked and probably never will. It just runs hot, i dunno why.

what do you mean by "runs hot"? Did you recently install some kind of thermal monitoring software, and the temperature just seems high to you, or what. Give us temps pls.

I dunno, but i get all kinds of graphical shit going on after playing for a while. I can physically feel heat radiating outta my computer after playing for a bit. I have to leave the side panel off to let some heat dissapate.

Do you have sufficient intake and exhaust fans? What about your heatsink on your processor?

Have you:
A)Removed or otherwise fiddled around with the default heatsink
B)Investigated the airflow in the case? Heat buildup could be a result of poor airflow in the case.
C)Ever eaten a baby?

omg! Pls, airflow isn't a simple question of intake and exhaust power. If you have things in your case obstructing flow to certain areas, it can make a little wind tunnel through your machine without getting rid of much heat at all. Also guilt, if you can feel the heat radiating out of your case, that means the heat is moving off of the videocard but not out of your case. If you built it yourself try to route the IDE cables (if you use IDE) in a manner that wont block airflow. If you're using the power supply fan as the sole mover of air, install a second fan. As a last resort you can cut a hole in the side with a dremel and install another 12volt fan right there. It's really a simple thing to do, and so many people did it that a lot of cases come standard with it now ^_^

You're thinking too much into it. Rarely will you have so much obstruction to greatly raise the ambient temperature and especially right by the AGP/PCI slots which sit to the rear of the case and generally away from most cables.

Ill go play around with IDE cables, and im pretty sure the heatsink and fan on my cpu is working fine.

I'm sure if your case is heating up that much the heatsinks are working just fine, i'm just saying you could cut an extra hole for airflow if heat buildup is a problem.
dusty? dust acts like an insulator on parts in your case and you may need to clean some fo that out. try not to just use a vacuum because the kick up large amounts of static electricity.
