lawl, it helps when you eat the right things and exercise homie.

The hot pocket had whole wheat crust and the sandwich bread was sugar free whole wheat. The cheese/mayo on the sandwich are both fat free(and in-turn, low cal). Both are great sources of protein and fiber(complex carbs).

It's easy to eat a lot when it's the right stuff. :smile_ok:

I'm eating about 3000 calories per day now and maintaining roughly 10% bodyfat. I've dropped all cardio for the past few weeks and my lifts are getting heavier. :smile_ok:

I'll tell you the story.

So we're going to this piano bar on a Saturday night at Universal Citywalk, and Konrad's feeling a little self-conscious because the rest of us guys have dates, and well... he doesn't (neither does Inf), so he asks this random chick in a supermarket to go with him. She says yes and that she'll meet him there and bring her roommate (which means Inf will be playing the part of wingman for the night).

There's a group of like 8 of us... we get into the bar and let Konrad and Inf have some alone time with their new wiminz. After like 20 minutes, I figure enough time has passed and I need to find out if these chicks are good enough for my boys nawmsayin'?

They're not. I pull Konrad's date aside and ask her, "So has he told you his nickname yet?" "No, tell me." "Thunderbuns... it's fitting, don't you think? We all call him Thunderbuns for OBVIOUS reasons if you catch my drift <wink>." Unfortunately, my plan backfired and the chick totally fell for Thunderbuns. It took him like two weeks to fend her off... but that's a whole 'nother story.

And Inf's bro and I told Inf's date something about him also, but I can't disclose that at this time as it's still an ongoing thing... that we tell everyone about him... and he doesn't know... so don't tell him.
