It's basically a 3rd person Matrix styled shooter, where you can purchase new clothes and weapons with "bounty points" you earn from kills. Right now I'm level 9 with an assault rifle looking gun, but the dual SMGs seem to be the best for most maps.
It's a free beta, the only problem being it's sometimes hard to connect because so many people play it. Good thing is you can just hit enter over and over (macro) until you eventually get logged in.
