I have been playing in the beta for a couple weeks now, and it is pretty fun. The actual game play is very fast paced and arcade-ish, and makes the leveling grind fun (at least so far), and the PvP looks promising.
Anyone else in the beta or planning on playing for release? I already pre-ordered and am trying to convince Herm to as well...
I believe it is basically an open beta on the weekends now, and you can sign up via IGN at http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/autoassault/

Thanks Shokar.
And Herm, as far as your spirit quest suggestion goes, I would prefer if the quest didn't come from you, what with the brokeback mountain icon under your name and all...
Ouch, thats a movie based on Ternachs life i bet though

I am not sure what you are talking about, jackass, but nevertheless lets not forget that I have been to your apartment, Kaustic, which is ironically enough located in the Castro district in San Francisco. There is so much gay pride oozing out of your place i thought i was going to find a damn leprecon at the end of the rainbow. There are even stores in your neighborhood that can fully and authentically outfit those of alternative sexual persuasions in custom leather pirate gear. I think your spirit quest is gonna be a no brainer, assuming you can find a sponsor.

....There is so much gay pride oozing out of your place i thought i was going to find a damn leprecon at the end of the rainbow. ...Scared people at work laughing so hard. I salute you good Sir!

Actually, you are quite mistaken, I don't live anywhere near the Castro.
You must be thinking of someone else you know in San Francisco. Someone who lives in the Castro, and apparently has "gay pride oozing out of [their] place". I will refrain from making comment, but one can draw their own conclusions as to how you "know" that individual...
And just for the record, you are awful quick to call someone a "Jackass". Might you perhaps have some issues with repressed brokeback-mountainesque feelings "coming out" as rage and hostility? Particularly when the "sore" subject is broached?
Aw, dont quible guys. Kiss and make up already. We all know how Hermie knows Kaustics place is oozing gay pride :rainfro:
