Darkfall on tha horizon!!!

"We invite you to reserve your guild name for Darkfall Online without any obligation. This reservation is active whether or not your guild decides to participate in Darkfall and it means that no other group can use your guild name. You will also have the option to register your guild to playtest the game during the Clan Beta phase."

ehhh... good news but I take it as a grain of salt. Atleast the comunity is finally moving forward. I wonder if those emails were sent out to all registered guilds or just select ones that they are considering for play testing.

Hopefully the turn of events will be something like. Lore server releases... Lore server is alot of fun for a month or two. Pirates are accepted into DF beta.. DF turns out to be a great game.. Darkfall releases and Pirates are there and strong.

This email has been going out to all the guild leaders (That they know of). The more people we can get registered on the boards, and signed up as a pirate, the better off we will be. So, if you haven't done it allready, DO EEEETTTT!

Login to the forums
Go to User CP
On the left, click group memberships
Scroll down the The Shipwrecked Pirates and request to be added to group.
Arnie gets a message and lets you in.
That is it!

Also once you're in the group I think you have to toggle the tag to be shown. Not 100% on that though.

Yes, there is a User CP option to display which tag you want, but just being in the group is enough to get involved in any guild communications sent from the devs.
