I believe it is available today for free download...seems more like an open beta.

Registration was supposed to start today (Dec. 8th) at 10AM PST, but when I went to the DnL website at 10:03 AM PST, all the slots available were already gone. Either they started earlier then they announced or they had very few spots available. Supposedly, they had 10,000 slots up for grabs. Very disappointing that all the slots were already gone. :puppy_dog

I think they are located in France so their times are always a bit screwed up.

When I get home from work today i'll go check it out and see if there is any change.

They gave out the 10,000 accounts already

As of tuesday, it was supposed to start at 1800GMT, which was posted as being 10AM PST (11AM MST my time), but they had to have started registration early because there's no way 10k slots went out in 3 minutes.


EDIT: People on Stratics DnL are saying all the slots went in less then 1 minute, lol. I can't imagine DnL would've been able to handle 10k accounts that fast. The idea of 10k accounts was speculation based on a post from one of the AD's who said (I'm paraphrasing) "there will be 8881 Pioneer accounts with access to SoG and maybe 10,000 additional SoG accounts available on Dec 8th". They do say on the subscription page that more accounts will be coming available, so maybe its 10k total, but only 1-2k today.

Straight up Noon here I submitted the form. I was on the phone with my friend here and at the same time as I did he submitted the form. I got one, he got the "gone" page.

10 seconds all 10k were gone.
