netmech (mechwarrior2) dos via a program called Kali was absolutely the greatest game. You could play in ladder leagues as khan, galaxy commanders, star colonels, and that would dictate the weight of what you could 'drive'

the days.. :(

Invent? No, but it certainly is well known, popular, and has been around for a long time now. The 'mechs in that video have a very very BattleTech-ish look, not so much the Japanese style of 'mech.

My hubby has a group of guys he regularly plays FPS games with and most of them seem to be looking forward to the idea of Mech in BF.

I thought the trailer was interesting but we'll see how it turns out.

Im guessing its going to stay true to BF style and be much more of an Arcade style play then Mech Warrior.
