Did anyone sign up for Beta?

Just reading about the info and it looks like it has a lot of promise. They encourage guild/group warfare, and the system they set up seems like something TSP would excel at. Especially the notoriety you can achieve by being one fo the few guils to successfully siege a castle. Once you achieve that, and 2 other guilds do the same with their castles, then all 3 guilds are summoned to a PVP tournament type event.

"When seiges are complete at the remaining two castles, all winning guilds are summoned to the ArchLord's home, ready to compete in an epic once-monthly PVP battle. Here, the goal is to defeat opposing guilds and gain control of their Archons. Success leads to the final confrontation with the ArchLord himself. Once a guild is victorious, the two remainin Archons will change hands and a new ArchLord will be crowned.

Archlords receive a whole bunch of exclusive benefits including a flying dragon mount, unique spells, abilities and armour, three loyal Bodyguard knights for protection and have complete control over the world's taxes and weather system."

Open beta right now. I downloaded and played a little bit. It wasn't that fun, but mainly cause no character customization and my character floated instead of running. It seems like an older mmorpg.

It seems like an intresting game, but I'm still holding out for Warhammer online. But after reading Riley's post, I think I'll wait a bit longer before I sign up for beta.

Hrmmm, I've been trying to find some info on classes and that sort of thing, I can't find any support/healing class... is this going to be a pure loldps game?

Game came out a few days ago. Did anyone pick up a copy? My computer is still broken =(
