Hello, Ironside told me to post here so here goes. I would like to join the Pirates, I know a few of you in RL already (Sinis, Ironside, Sephiiro), and would like the chance to play with a bunch of quality people. I am currently leveling up a Night Elf Rogue named Kharnage, I hope to be high enough to hang with you guys very soon. I've heard a lot of good things about the guild(Ironside and Sephiiro talk WoW all day at work heh), and I hear how you guys much prefer quality to quantity, which I like, everyone hates a zerg force. Anyway, hope to see you all online soon.

I thought sinis alredy had a blow-up sheep.... i heard he wore it out though. Last i heard he was looking for the life size antonio banderas blow up doll with realistic genatlia. just a heads up for you last minute shoppers. Aye, Kharnage is the only ranger i ever heard of solo'ing... for you eq'ers out there... Trakanon... yes he did solo him lol. He's a helluva PvP'er also and a great team player.

I've played online games for the last 5 years or so, mostly Everquest. I played a ranger in EQ for around 4 years, played on the Ayonae Ro server, only 2 different guilds Exiled Alliance and Eternal Wrath. Eternal Wrath was the premier guild on ARO and was usually competing with guilds like Afterlife and Fires of Heaven for tackling content first serverwide. I quit playing because once we'd finish an expansion, there really wasn't much to do except do it again......and again......and again......

I beta tested Shadowbane, in fact thats how Ironside and Sinis got introduced to it, but decided I couldn't stand the lag and server issues it was having so I quit playing shortly after release. I tried EQ2, it was an improvement from the original, but most of it was just recycled crap from the original. I also play quite a bit of Texas Hold'em both online, and in the casino's here in Reno. I play mostly on Pokerstars as, you guessed it, Kharnage.


The one thing I really missed in the EQ environment was PvP. I would hang out in the arena all day looking for action, but as soon as they start to lose, they leave.<---- Boring. WoW seems to have the best of both worlds, all the extra content to keep you from being bored, and a kick ass PvP structure. Besides, it's more fun playing with good people, it's what kept me playing EQ so long, and it's what really peaks my interest in WoW. So that being said, hope to see you all around and get to know you better.

Now that you've shed some light on the subject, knowing that Sinis dressed up as Little Bo Peep for Halloween, is somehow not as funny as it used to be.
